How To Lose Weight . 2 months When a person is trying to lose fat there are some foods that they should avoid. This includes foods that are high in carbs such as white bread, pasta, and anything that is deep fried. Foods that are high in sugar should also be avoided. These foods will cause and increase in blood sugar levels and will cause the body to store fat rather then lose it. These foods will allow insulin levels in the body to decrease allowing a person to lose weight in a short period of time. If a person is looking to lose weight they should avoid red meat for the time being. Red meat can actually slow down the metabolism. What u eat daily 1 Breakfast : In Breakfast you can take egg white but not yellow yolk . Eat 2 or 3 or 4 eggs white as u wish . U can take salad like carrot cabbage . U can take chicken in any form . As minced or as broast. But not eat meal or bread. In lunch take chicken broast and salad Chicken should be prepared in olive oil Or eat fried fish in olive oil With salad Repeat same lunch items in dinner U can change chicken recipe like broast or cubes or shami kabab etc but prepared in Olive oil U can eat some time pulses So keep enjoy these foods
